The "Liquid Weighing Feeder (LWF)" for continuous constant flow supply of powdered and granular materials such as food and plastic raw materials can achieve a maximum discharge pressure of 7MPa (gear pump) and 15MPa (plunger pump), with a temperature range from room temperature to a maximum of 120°C, and can maintain heat. The compatible materials include various liquids such as pure water, flame retardants, lubricants, antioxidants, and antistatic agents. The capacity of the weighing tank ranges from 25L to 100L, with a weighing range of 25kg to 100kg. The power supply options are AC200V three-phase power with a heater of 1.5 to 4.5kVA and a 2kVA heater, or AC200V three-phase power with a heater of 1.5 to 11kVA and a 3kVA heater.
